The Gibson F-12 Mandolin began life way back in 1934 and it's specifications changed throughout the years, to the model we have here, a 1969 sunburst finished Mandolin, in excellent condition.

The primary changes on this model over the earlier models is the wriggle-edge tailpiece, fingerboard raised off the top and a larger peghead.

With a beautiful sound and a great feel to play, this makes the perfect working musicians instrument or a fine addition to a collection of vintage Gibson's.
