The fact that the Fender Jazzmaster was released as a 'deluxe' instrument above the Stratocaster, has never rung more true than when you see one in Olympic White with matching headstock.

Olympic White is a finish that has always looked great when matched to a tortoise shell guard, and on this Pre L Series Jazzmaster from 1962, it makes it a stunning looking guitar.

The condition is very good, the decal on the headstock is mostly intact, and all hardware is is superb condition, particularly the Kluson tuners.

Neck wear is minimal, and the body shows some lacquer checking but mostly on the back. The package is finished off nicely with the original brown tolex case. This is a must for any collection of fine vintage Fender guitars.
