With it's symmetrical rounded double cutaways, thick slab mahogany body, and single pickup, the Les Paul Junior began life as Gibson's 'student' guitar, but players had other ideas, rightfully so as these are great guitars!
This '59 model has the later 'smaller' guard and black ink serial number stamp, first introduced in '59, and it has had a life of playing but it has also been well looked after.
The neck shows some wear on the back in all the right places to make it feel right, sound even acoustically is great, plug it in and you have a screaming rock instrument, sweet! |
