This is the 50w version of the Hiwatt Custom 100 head, one of the all-time classic guitar amplifiers. Heard on countless albums throughout the last 40 years. It is the essence of British Rock n Roll tone!

This amp is part of the Hiwatt UK Custom Shop Range. A true classic Hiwatt using original Partridge designed transformers and a dual channel pre-amp with High and Low sensitivity inputs. 50 watts of Brit rock output.

It features normal volume, brilliance volume and Bass, Middle, Treble, Presence and Master volume controls. Tubes are 2xEL34's (as opposed to 4 in the 100w) in the power stage with 4xECC83's. Switchable to either 4,8 or a16 ohm output.
