Anzac Day

Jacksons Rare Guitars will be closed this Saturday in respect of Anzac Day.

Easter Closing Times

Jacksons will be closed for the Easter break from Friday 10th through to the 13th. We will re-open on Tuesday the 14th.

National Vintage Guitar and Amp Weekend Reminder

Just a reminder to let you know that Jacksons Rare Guitars will be heading down to our Nation's Capital this weekend to exhibit some of our fine Vintage Collection, at the National Vintage Guitar and Amp Weekend.

There is going to be a plethora of great old guitars, effects pedals, work shops and great players to check out, so come on down and say hello!

The show is being held at the Statesman Hotel in Curtin, ACT over March 21-22. (10am-10pm Saturday and 10-6pm Sunday).

If you would like to view a particular guitar that is in-store at the moment, please feel free to contact us and we can bring it down for you to view.

We are looking forward to catching up with all of our friends from the ACT and surrounding areas, and chatting about some cool old guitars!

Jacksons FaceBook Update

We have updated our FaceBook presence with some great photos from way back in the early 80's, including a visit to the store of Frank Lucido in Santa Barbara called 'Califonia Guitar' when you could buy an old maple neck Stratocaster for $1500, a million dollars worth of old Fender guitars laying in a pile of wood chips, and a visit to the Fender Factory in Fullerton California!
